Checked my car thoroughly and provided great feedback. I would highly recommend EUROLAB for any issues with European vehicles
Fantastic pre-purchase inspection — thorough, honest, and saved me from potentially a costly mistake. Highly recommend.
First time getting a service through Eurolab and I have to say, it's been the best automotive service that I have been through.
Arrived about 30 minutes early, handed my keys over, Lisa informed me that I was early and that they'll get to my vehicle as soon as possible.
Whilst I was sitting in the waiting room a gentleman, offered me something to drink, which was courteous.
Lisa kept me informed all the way through the service, anything that popped up she checked in with me straight away.
I also have to say that while sitting in the waiting room, Lisa has a wealth of knowledge solving customer issues and queries, straight to the point, no fluff. Probably rivals the most experience service advisors I have seen at MB/BMW.
Bonus points for the meticulous nature of the mechanics, my previous w205 C - Class had the same issue with the rear driveshaft coupler perishing, but the difference is, Eurolab picked up on it, informed me, wheras in previous experience MB would leave it until it became an issue. Key word here is preventative maintenance, you'll struggle to find that these days.
Few preventative maintenance items picked up on, few urgent things, clear images of all steps taken in the service process, clear notes, I have not experienced this level of transparency and service... ever.
Keep doing what you guys are doing, I'll be back

Having seen first hand how unscrupulus NZ car dealers can be, I decided to have 2 cars inspected by Eurolab, as I heard they were much more thorough and knowledgeable than some of the usual suspects. This turned out to be true! They are tough, but fair and in my view they provide exactly what a prospective car buyer in NZ needs. If you can't view/test the car yourself, I say you would be crazy not to use an outfit like Eurolab. They cover everything that needs to be looked at and provide dozens of detailed photos to highlight areas of concern, or just to give an impression of the car condition. In my case, both vehicles turned out to be unsuitable examples and I walked away. One of them was a real train wreck, but the dealer had done a great job dressing the car up (in the photos at least). However, they can't hide from a Eurolab inspection and they will find you! Great experience of the team at Eurolab, great communication and prompt service. It wasn't the result I wanted, it's always disappointing when a car you are interested in turns out to be less than advertised, but better spending money on a top level PPI than buying a pup! I would have no hesitation in using Eurolab again and highly recommend them to others.

Very pleasant experience. Staff are great and knowledgeable.
Excellent service from EuroLab. I arranged a pre-purchase inspection at short notice and Liza was incredibly helpful and accommodating in fitting me in. The inspection was extremely thorough and identified issues I otherwise wouldn't have known about, potentially saving me thousands of dollars and a lot of future stress. Money very well spent. Highly recommended!
